CPR/First Aid/AED Training Course
The American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course equips students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. It is designed for students who need a certification that satisfies OSHA, workplace, or other regulatory requirements. This class meets the CPR requirement for the California Teaching Credential.

Laughter Yoga Leader Training Course
This training course will guide you through the principles and practices of Laughter Yoga, focusing on harnessing the power of laughter to promote health, joy, and stress relief while providing practical applications for personal and professional growth. It is an exercise program developed by Indian physician Dr Madan Kataria where anyone can laugh without relying on humour, jokes or comedies. It is practised in more than 110 countries.

​It combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques (Pranayama) which brings more oxygen to our body and brain making us feel more energetic and healthy. Ten to 15 minutes of LY exercises can reduce stress, make your immune system stronger and keep your mind positive during challenging times.
