Laughter Yoga
At Rainbow Career Coaching, we offer free virtual Laughter Yoga sessions every Wednesday as part of our Wellness Wednesday initiative. These 30-minute sessions, held via Zoom, provide a joyful and engaging way to enhance your mental and physical well-being. Participants will experience the health benefits of laughter through intentional laughter exercises combined with deep breathing techniques.
Our sessions are designed for everyone—no prior experience is needed, just an openness to laugh and have fun! Join us each week to connect with others, reduce stress, and boost your mood in a supportive, inclusive environment.
